The index evaluated 39 digital platforms based on four main perspectives and 20 themes. These perspectives focused on measuring beneficiary satisfaction, evaluating user experience, and how platforms handle complaints from users. Other platforms such as General Authority for Social Insurance, ZATCA, and Absher also scored impressively high on the index.

The methodology for the Digital Experience Maturity Index for 2024 was developed by the Digital Government Authority, which also defined the main perspectives, axes, and criteria for evaluating the maturity of digital platforms.
