The Mahzoora Avenue project aims to widen the road from two to three lanes between Road 3933 and Umm al-Naasan Avenue, resulting in a 50% increase in capacity. The Avenue 37 project will involve adding a third lane, extending the road by 970 metres, and improving pedestrian sidewalks while revising the intersection of Mahzoora Avenue and Avenue 37. The Al Hajiyat Avenue project will upgrade the avenue and the roundabout at its junction with Jiddah Avenue, enhancing capacity from 800 to 1,500 vehicles per hour.
