Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) and Qatar Airways Privilege Club have announced exciting new features for QIB Qatar Airways Visa Signature and Visa Platinum Credit Cardholders. These enhancements aim to provide added value and benefits, further enhancing the product proposition for cardholders. One of the key features is the ability for new cardholders to fast track their Privilege Club tier by reaching specific spending thresholds within the first six months of card membership. For example, Visa Signature cardholders can be upgraded to Privilege Club Gold tier upon spending QR100,000, while Visa Platinum cardholders can achieve Privilege Club Silver tier status by spending QR60,000.

Cardholders will also have the opportunity to earn bonus Avios on their first Qatar Airways flight booked using the co-branded credit cards. New cardholders flying First or Business Class will receive 10,000 additional bonus Avios, while those traveling in Economy Class will earn 5,000 additional bonus Avios. Additionally, cardholders will earn 1 Qpoint for every 400 or 450 Avios earned on their cobrand card spends, depending on the card type. These Qpoints can be used to upgrade or retain their tier within the Privilege Club loyalty program, providing even more opportunities for benefits and rewards.

Furthermore, QIB and Qatar Airways Co-branded Cardholders will continue to earn Avios on their everyday purchases and enjoy existing benefits such as complimentary airport lounge access worldwide through LoungeKey. Cardholders can also link their cards to Privilege Club accounts, allowing them to start collecting and using Avios across a wide range of partner merchants in various categories such as shopping, dining, and entertainment. This partnership between QIB and Qatar Airways aims to offer a seamless and rewarding experience for cardholders, enhancing their travel and lifestyle privileges.

The collaboration between QIB and Qatar Airways aims to provide exceptional value and service to their cardholders, demonstrating their commitment to enhancing the overall customer experience. These new features and benefits offered to Visa Signature and Visa Platinum Credit Cardholders represent a significant enhancement to the existing product offerings, further increasing the value proposition for cardholders. By allowing cardholders to fast track their Privilege Club tier and earn bonus Avios on their first flight booking, QIB and Qatar Airways are rewarding loyalty and providing additional incentives for cardholders to use their co-branded credit cards.

By offering exclusive privileges such as priority check-in, boarding, extra baggage allowance, and complimentary lounge access to Gold and Silver tier members, QIB and Qatar Airways are reinforcing the value of their co-branded credit cards. The ability to earn Qpoints on cobrand card spends further enhances the opportunities within the Privilege Club loyalty program, enabling cardholders to maximize their benefits and rewards. With the ongoing commitment to providing exceptional value and service, QIB and Qatar Airways are demonstrating their dedication to meeting the evolving needs of their cardholders and ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for all.
