Damana’s commitment to sustainability and diversity & inclusion is exemplified in the ‘Damana Gives’ initiative launched in 2024. This ESG/Sustainability program serves as a roadmap to a brighter and more responsible future, where profitability and social responsibility go hand in hand. By embracing sustainability alongside a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, organisations can drive long-term success, innovation, and societal impact. The weekly mentoring sessions provided by Damana employees to underprivileged individuals in the UAE reflect the company’s belief in the transformative power of diversity and inclusion.

In addition to economic empowerment, ‘Damana Gives’ prioritizes the health and well-being of communities by organizing blood donation drives, promoting employee wellness through team sports clubs, and celebrating cultural diversity through events like Mosaic Heritage Day. The initiative also focuses on responsible consumption and production by implementing initiatives to reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable practices within the organization. By aligning with SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), Damana demonstrates its commitment to creating a positive impact on both society and the environment.
