The Trump Organization has recently announced a partnership with a Saudi developer to work on a high-rise tower in the city of Jeddah. The project, known as Trump Tower Jeddah, is aimed at targeting the luxury Saudi Arabian market as well as international investors. The international subsidiary of the Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan, known as Dar Global, will be working on this project. Dar Global is also responsible for developing a Trump International Hotel and luxury villas in Oman’s capital city, which are expected to be completed in 2028.

Former President Donald Trump handed over the management of his real estate empire to his sons after he took office in 2017, while still retaining his shares in the Trump Organization. With the announcement of Trump Tower Jeddah, the former president’s son Eric Trump, who is also the executive vice president of the Trump Organization, expressed his excitement about expanding their reach in the Middle East through the collaboration with Dar Global. This project is seen as a way to bring the Trump standard of luxury, quality, and sophistication to the region.

The close ties between Trump and Riyadh during his presidency are evident in his choice to make Saudi Arabia his first foreign trip. This move solidified the relationship between the two parties and set the foundation for future collaborations such as the development of Trump Tower Jeddah. The CEO of Dar Global, Ziad El Chaar, emphasized that this new project would not only strengthen their partnership with The Trump Organization but also contribute to redefining Saudi Arabia’s real estate market by delivering premium properties.

The Trump Organization’s involvement in the development of luxury projects like Trump Tower Jeddah and the Oman hotel demonstrates their commitment to expanding their presence in the Middle East. By granting the use of the Trump name under license, the organization is able to maintain their brand and reputation in the region. The collaboration with Dar Global reflects a shared vision of creating landmark developments that meet the highest standards of luxury and sophistication, further establishing the Trump brand as a symbol of quality in the real estate industry.

As the political landscape continues to evolve, the business ventures of former President Donald Trump and the Trump Organization also adapt to new opportunities. The partnership with Dar Global in developing Trump Tower Jeddah and other luxury properties in the region indicates a strategic move to capitalize on the growing real estate market in Saudi Arabia and Oman. By leveraging their brand and expertise in luxury real estate, the Trump Organization seeks to establish a strong presence in the Middle East and attract high-end investors looking for premium properties in the region.
