The Culinary showdown UAE’s Superchef 2024, hosted by Xpatzhub at Firki, Royal Ascot Hotel, on June 22, was a major success. Chefs from across the globe participated in the event, showcasing their culinary skills and collaborating with hotels and restaurants. Xpatzhub also highlighted the talents of women chefs who are often homemakers but possess exceptional cooking abilities.

Yaseer Arafath, the Head Chef at Slices Catering!, emerged as the winner of the competition. The first runner-up spot was secured by Vidya Jayanth from The Uprising UAE, while Hamisa Soonam, a Chef at Movenpick Hotels & Resorts, claimed the second runner-up position. The event not only provided a platform for chefs to showcase their talents but also brought recognition to their hard work and dedication.

Anul Mundra, the founder of Xpatzhub, expressed his gratitude for the success of the event and the support received from all those involved. He noted that it was an honour to host such a prestigious culinary competition and credited the efforts of the participants, organizers, and sponsors for making it a success.
