The annual strategic exercise “Decision Making-11” commenced at the National Defence College in Muscat, involving the 11th batch from various military, security, and civil units. The main objective of the exercise is to enhance participants’ decision-making skills at the strategic level through the analysis of key strategic topics within simulated national, regional, and international events. Participants will learn how to strike a balance in utilizing the country’s resources to achieve national interests, establish harmony in utilizing tools of global powers, and develop strategic thinking.

The exercise provides a unique opportunity for participants to engage in real-life scenarios and challenges, allowing them to practice their decision-making skills in a controlled environment.
