The UAE has announced the retail fuel prices for July 2024, with cuts of up to 15 fils per litre compared to June. These prices are determined monthly by the Ministry of Energy based on global oil prices and distribution company costs. The new rates for July are as follows: super 98 petrol at Dh2.99 per litre, special 95 petrol at Dh2.88 per litre, and E-plus 91 petrol at Dh2.80 per litre.

Depending on the type of vehicle you drive, filling up your tank in July will cost between Dh7.14 and Dh11.11 less than last month. For compact cars with an average tank capacity of 51 litres, the cost for a full tank in July ranges from Dh142.8 to Dh152.49. For sedans with an average tank capacity of 62 litres, the cost for a full tank in July ranges from Dh173.6 to Dh185.38. For SUVs with an average tank capacity of 74 litres, the cost for a full tank in July ranges from Dh207.2 to Dh221.26.

This decrease in fuel prices for July will provide relief to motorists in the UAE, making it more affordable to fill up their tanks. The savings on fuel costs can add up over time, especially for those who rely on their vehicles for daily commutes or long trips. With the latest fuel prices announced, drivers can budget better for their transportation expenses and plan their journeys accordingly.

It is essential for consumers in the UAE to stay informed about changes in fuel prices and monitor the monthly updates to make informed decisions about their vehicle usage. By understanding how fuel prices impact their budgets, individuals can adjust their driving habits and maintenance schedules to optimize their fuel efficiency and save money on transportation costs. Keeping track of fuel prices can help motorists plan ahead and take advantage of any savings opportunities that arise.

With lower fuel prices in July, drivers can enjoy a more affordable travel experience and potentially save on their overall expenses. By taking advantage of the reduced fuel rates, individuals can make informed choices about their transportation needs and explore cost-effective ways to manage their daily commutes or travel plans. The UAE’s commitment to monitoring fuel prices and adjusting them accordingly reflects the government’s efforts to support its residents and enhance their quality of life through sustainable energy practices.
