The Sunni Endowments Council of Bahrain, led by Dr. Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futtais Al Hajeri, continues to showcase its dedication to serving the community during Eid Al Adha. The council’s annual “Udhiyah” project involves animal sacrifices that are distributed to needy families across the Kingdom. This initiative is a testament to the council’s commitment to compassion and generosity, as well as its efforts to promote unity within Bahraini society.

One of the key initiatives of the council is the Eid clothing project, which aims to provide clothing to needy families and their children during the festive season. By following the guidance of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), the council seeks to bring joy and support to those in need. This project has already benefited 1,000 children, highlighting the council’s dedication to helping those less fortunate in the community.

The Charitable Works Department of the Sunni Waqf Directorate has been instrumental in carrying out the Udhiyah project and ensuring that the sacrifices reach those in need. This department plays a crucial role in the council’s efforts to provide support and assistance to the community during Eid Al Adha and beyond. The council’s commitment to serving the community is evident in the successful execution of these initiatives.

Through various initiatives and projects, the council aims to make a positive impact on the community and promote the values of compassion and generosity. By following the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), the council continues to serve as a beacon of hope and support for those in need.

In addition to the Udhiyah and Eid clothing projects, the council is involved in various other initiatives aimed at supporting the community and promoting unity. These initiatives reflect the council’s commitment to serving the people of Bahrain and making a positive difference in their lives. By working together with other organizations and individuals, the council strives to create a more inclusive and supportive society for all.
