Burjeel Holdings, a prominent healthcare services provider in Saudi Arabia, has announced a joint venture with Keralty, a multinational health organization based in Colombia. This partnership, known as AL KALMA, aims to offer high-quality healthcare at an affordable cost to patients in the Kingdom. The strategic partnership between Burjeel Holdings and Keralty will focus on expanding their services in the Middle East, with plans to extend into North Africa in the future. Dr. Shamsheer Vayalil, Founder and Chairman of Burjeel Holdings, described the partnership as a milestone in providing comprehensive healthcare services tailored to diverse populations. The joint venture aims to keep people healthier and reduce hospital visits by focusing on prevention and disease management. Joseba Grajales, President of Keralty, expressed excitement about expanding their healthcare model to new regions and enhancing the health and well-being of millions worldwide.

The signing ceremony for the agreement took place in Colombia and was attended by key stakeholders from both organizations. Through AL KALMA, Burjeel Holdings and Keralty demonstrate their commitment to improving global health by offering access to quality healthcare and promoting well-being, sustainability, and efficiency. The partnership signifies a meaningful collaboration with the goal of benefiting millions of people around the world.
