Kleindienst Group, the developer of The Heart of Europe project in Dubai, is expanding its operations by establishing a maritime facility in Ras Al Khaimah in the Northern Emirates. The new facility will include a shipyard with four main sections, including the construction of a 144-meter giga-yacht, making UAE one of the few countries capable of building such large yachts. Additionally, the facility will focus on building underwater living experiences in the form of Floating Seahorse Villas, the Floating Venice resort, and more.
The shipyard will also have sections dedicated to the construction of barges, supply vessels, transportation vessels, as well as passenger transportation, fishing boats, sailing boats, and diving boats. The facility aims to significantly grow the diving industry in the region by creating new reef areas in Dubai. Furthermore, the shipyard will house a Maritime Academy to train individuals in the maritime industry.
