Indian School celebrates top achievers in award ceremony

The Indian School Bahrain recently held its Annual Academic Award Ceremony to recognize the outstanding performance of students in the CBSE exams. Around 260 top performers from grades X and XII were honored with medals and certificates for their achievements during the 2023-2024 academic year. The ceremony also acknowledged students who made it to the principal’s honors and merit lists for their exceptional accomplishments.

The event took place at the Jashanmal auditorium at the Isa Town campus, with Indian Ambassador Vinod K Jacob as the Chief Guest. Hala Farouk Almoayyed, Director of YK Almoayyed & Sons, attended as the Guest of Honour. Indian Embassy Attache (Education) Rajendra Kumar Meena, Chairman Binu Mannil Varughese, Secretary V Rajapandian, and Vice-Chairman Dr. Mohammed Faizal were also in attendance, showing their support for the students’ successes.

The Academic Award Ceremony served as a platform to celebrate the hard work and dedication of the students who excelled in their CBSE exams. The medals and certificates presented to the top performers recognized their efforts and commitment to academic excellence. The recognition from the school and dignitaries in attendance highlighted the importance of education and the achievements of the students in their academic pursuits.
