Kylian Mbappe, the talented French forward, recently spoke about his departure from Paris Saint-Germain and his move to Real Madrid. In a press conference on the eve of an international friendly against Luxembourg, Mbappe revealed that “things and people made me unhappy” at PSG. Despite winning multiple trophies with the club, including the Ligue 1 title and the French Cup, Mbappe felt the need to leave due to certain circumstances he faced within the club.

During PSG’s tour of Japan and South Korea last summer, management threatened to ban Mbappe from playing after he expressed his desire to leave the club. Mbappe explained that he was not unhappy at PSG, but certain factors led to his decision to move on. He credited Spanish coach Luis Enrique and advisor Luis Campos for their support and guidance during his time at PSG, stating that without them, he may not have continued playing for the club.

Mbappe’s move to Real Madrid was confirmed just days before France’s friendly against Luxembourg. The 25-year-old forward emphasized his role as captain of the national team and expressed his desire to focus on the upcoming Euro 2024 championships. He highlighted the importance of protecting the national team and focusing on the challenges that lie ahead, rather than discussing his move to Madrid.

As Mbappe prepares to kick off his next chapter with Real Madrid, he reflected on the impact of his time at PSG and the lessons he learned from his experiences there. The French forward’s transition to La Liga champions marks a new phase in his career, and he is eager to make his mark with his new club. With the support of his teammates and the coaching staff, Mbappe is focused on achieving success at both the club and international level.

Overall, Mbappe’s departure from PSG and his move to Real Madrid has sparked excitement and anticipation among football fans around the world. The talented forward’s decision to join the Spanish giants signifies a new challenge and opportunity for him to showcase his skills on a different stage. With the Euro 2024 championships on the horizon, all eyes will be on Mbappe as he aims to lead France to further success. His journey from PSG to Real Madrid is a testament to his determination and ambition to reach new heights in his career.
