As summer approaches, popular tourist attractions in Dubai have started to close for the season. Global Village, a well-known attraction, closed its doors on May 5, after opening a week earlier than usual for season 28. The closure was initially extended for a week before finally shutting down for the season. Visitors can stay updated on such news by following KT on WhatsApp Channels.

Three major attractions in Dubai have either closed or are set to shut down soon for the summer. Dubai Safari, a family-friendly park, closed its doors on June 2, 2024. The park announced the last day before the summer through a video posted on Instagram. Al Wasl Plaza, located in Expo City Dubai, will be closing for the season to conserve water and energy. The surreal water feature at the plaza will also be shut down.

Residents and tourists can still enjoy the beauty of Dubai Miracle Garden for another two weeks, as the garden will be closing for the season on June 15. The garden is known for its stunning features made of flowers, offering visitors a colorful and aromatic experience. With its closure approaching, visitors should plan their trip to the garden soon to enjoy its floral displays before the season ends.

Summer closures are a common occurrence in Dubai, as some attractions are not suitable for the extreme heat and humidity during this time of year. While these closures may disappoint some tourists, they also present an opportunity for maintenance and enhancement of the attractions for the next season. Visitors can look forward to the reopening of these attractions with new and improved offerings in the coming months.

Despite the summer closures, Dubai continues to offer a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities for tourists to enjoy during the season. From shopping malls and indoor entertainment centers to water parks and beaches, there are plenty of options to beat the heat and have a memorable summer vacation in Dubai. Tourists can also explore the city’s rich cultural heritage, culinary delights, and vibrant nightlife to make the most of their summer visit to Dubai.

In conclusion, while some popular tourist attractions in Dubai have closed or are closing for the summer season, visitors can still explore and enjoy the diverse range of activities and experiences that the city has to offer. Planning ahead and staying informed about seasonal closures and openings can help tourists make the most of their time in Dubai and create unforgettable memories during their summer vacation in the dynamic city.
