This system eliminates the need for judges to contact various departments in Dubai for information on assets, making the process more efficient. The Dubai Courts have stated that Tanfeeth+ will ensure the prompt execution of verdicts, ultimately saving time for all parties involved.
Under the Tanfeeth+ scheme, another initiative being implemented involves Dubai’s judicial department integrating with the Ministry of Interior’s database to enforce liberty-restricting orders, travel bans, and asset seizures. This collaboration will streamline the enforcement process and enhance overall efficiency. Additionally, the system will include federal entities in the next phase, further optimizing procedures related to the execution of judgements.
Dr. Saif Ghanem Al Suwaidi, director-general of Dubai Courts, highlighted that Tanfeeth+ is a digital initiative aimed at enhancing the efficiency of judicial enforcement. He emphasized that the execution of judgements typically involves communication with multiple entities, but with Tanfeeth+, the time spent on procedures can be significantly reduced. The implementation of digital tools such as the Digital Writ of Execution seal will facilitate the enforcement of court rulings, allowing petitioners to initiate procedures without the need to physically visit service centers.
Additionally, the courts will introduce a Sale notification system to inform officials about confiscated items that are ready for sale. An Automated cancellation of enforcement feature will cancel enforcement procedures and lift seizures once payments are completed, simplifying the process further. An Automated disbursement system will automatically disburse amounts deposited in the enforcement file to the petitioner’s registered bank account. Furthermore, the introduction of virtual bank accounts will enable direct deposits of seized assets into virtual accounts for automatic disbursement to each party involved in the case.
