Sharjah: Rafid introduces new hotline for reporting minor traffic accidents

Rafid Automotive Solutions Company recently announced a change in its number to 80092 for receiving reports of minor traffic accidents in collaboration with the General Command of Sharjah Police. This update aims to improve the response time for reporting minor accidents, offering assistance through phone calls, and expediting the process for obtaining other related services. Rafid focuses on responding to minor accidents by conducting inspections, examining the accident scene, and determining the type of report required by law. Additionally, Rafid provides services such as emergency fuel delivery, tire, and battery replacement.

The new number was launched in the presence of Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid, along with other officers and officials from both parties. Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi emphasized that the new number is part of the continuous efforts of Sharjah Police and Rafid Automotive Solutions to enhance customer service readiness and improve traffic safety on the emirate’s roads. This initiative aims to enhance the quality of performance to achieve customer happiness.

Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid Automotive Solutions, stated, “We are constantly working on enhancing our readiness, upgrading our equipment, and receiving all feedback and calls from the public around the clock.” The Rafid Contact and Control Center operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day, and can be reached by calling the number 80092 or by using the Rafid app available on all smartphone platforms. This joint effort between Sharjah Police and Rafid aims to improve services provided to the public and ensure a quick response to minor traffic accidents.

In conclusion, the collaboration between Rafid Automotive Solutions and Sharjah Police in announcing the new number for reporting minor traffic accidents demonstrates their commitment to enhancing customer service and improving traffic safety. This initiative not only aims to expedite the process of reporting accidents but also provides additional services such as emergency fuel delivery, tire, and battery replacement.
