Bahrain’s Cabinet, chaired by HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, made significant decisions in their meeting. The Civil Service Council memorandum on restructuring ministries and agencies was approved to improve performance and efficiency. Additionally, financing programs for governmental projects were agreed upon. The Cabinet also highlighted discussions between His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Russian President Vladimir Putin during the King’s visit to Russia. The signed agreements aim to enhance bilateral cooperation and support outcomes of the 33rd Arab Summit, especially concerning an international peace conference and the Palestinian issue.

The Ministry of Education’s efforts to advance the educational process were commended by the Cabinet, with appreciation for creating an optimal school environment for students according to high standards. Best wishes were extended to students for success in their end-of-semester exams. Emphasizing the importance of providing necessary support to ensure students achieve the best results, the Cabinet expressed its commitment to the education sector.

Condemnation was strongly voiced by the Cabinet towards Israel for targeting a camp for displaced persons in Rafah, Gaza Strip, leading to civilian casualties. Bahrain reiterated its call for the international community, particularly the United Nations Security Council, to enforce international resolutions and humanitarian laws. It urged for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in Gaza, protection of civilians, and facilitation of urgent humanitarian aid delivery. Bahrain also stressed the importance of a safe environment for reviving the peace process and establishing an independent Palestinian state.

During its meeting at Gudaibiya Palace, the Cabinet approved several key memorandums, including the Civil Service Council’s restructuring memorandum and financing programs for governmental projects. A memorandum from the Ministerial Committee for Legal and Legislative Affairs regarding the government’s response to proposed laws and House of Representatives’ proposals was also discussed and approved.

In conclusion, Bahrain’s Cabinet made significant decisions regarding the restructuring of ministries and agencies, financing governmental projects, and supporting educational efforts. It also condemned Israel’s actions in targeting civilians in Gaza and called for international intervention to ensure a ceasefire and protection of civilians. The country reiterated its commitment to the peace process and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state. With a focus on enhancing cooperation and efficiency, the Cabinet’s decisions aim to advance the country’s development and support its citizens.
