UAE: Numerous predatory and wild animals relocated from residential areas following sightings reported

The Fujairah Environment Authority’s team has responded to 17 reports of reptiles and poisonous predators in Fujairah, which were reported by citizens and residents of the area. They have received a total of 173 reports since last year, with animals either quarantined or taken to Wadi Wurayah Reserve laboratories. The creatures are tagged with a chip for monitoring and some are handed over to zoological parks for research or safety purposes.
