beIN Media Group (beIN) will be broadcasting F1 Kids this Sunday on its Arabic language children’s channel Jeem TV for the first time. This specially curated program is designed for young motorsports enthusiasts who want to explore the world of Formula 1 in a simple, basics-oriented manner. Starting at the Monaco Grand Prix this weekend, beIN’s decision to showcase F1 Kids in Arabic across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region this season highlights the network’s dedication to introducing the excitement of the popular racing series to younger audiences in the Arab World.
Jeem TV has a strong history of providing high-quality, family-friendly Arabic content to children in the region. F1 Kids was originally introduced during the Hungarian Grand Prix in July 2023 and has received positive feedback for its innovative format. Featuring 3D augmented graphics, child-friendly team radio transmissions, technical explanations, and colorful graphics and animations including cartoon driver avatars and upgraded car livery designs, the program aims to engage and entertain young viewers.
This Sunday’s F1 Kids program will be hosted by Jeem TV presenter, Iman Bakhache, who will guide young viewers through the exciting world of F1 racing. The live coverage will begin at 15:30 MECCA with a half-hour broadcast before the start of the race. Bakhache will interact with two young F1 fans, discuss the history of the Monaco Grand Prix, review the previous weekend’s race at Imola, talk about the challenges of the Monte Carlo street circuit, and feature insights from F1 expert Mustapha Izawi.
In addition to Bakhache’s hosting duties, beIN presenter Stephanie Saad will offer live coverage from inside the Monaco paddock. The program will also include an interactive true or false F1 competition with two young guests participating. Once the lights go out to signal the start of the two-hour grand prix at 16:00 MECCA, commentator Younis Al Araj will be joined by a child commentator to provide race analysis, discuss key moments, and more. This unique approach to broadcasting Formula 1 allows young fans to learn about the sport in an entertaining and engaging way.
Overall, beIN’s decision to air F1 Kids on Jeem TV represents a significant effort to introduce the world of Formula 1 to a younger audience in the Arab World. By providing a fun and educational viewing experience, the program aims to spark the interest of children in motorsports and create a new generation of F1 enthusiasts. With its innovative format and engaging content, F1 Kids is set to become a popular addition to Jeem TV’s lineup, offering young viewers an exciting introduction to the high-octane world of Formula 1 racing.
