The survey is being conducted in two phases – the first phase involved sending SMS messages, and the second phase will involve personal interviews over the next two weeks. The survey is set to conclude on June 8, 2024 with the aim of gathering valuable insights on how residents interact with modern digital technologies and identifying areas for improvement.

The ministry is encouraging participation in the survey to ensure accurate results that reflect the experiences and needs of the community in the digital field.
