His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik of Oman recently received a written message from General Abdul Fattah Al Burhan, Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council in Sudan. The message discussed the relations between the two countries and was delivered to the Omani Foreign Minister, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, by the Sudanese envoy Hussein Awad, who also serves as the acting Minister of Foreign Affairs in Sudan.
