Minister of State at Foreign Ministry holds meeting with Italian officials

HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recently met with key officials from Italy to discuss cooperation relations between the two countries. The meetings focused on ways to develop and strengthen these relations, as well as the latest developments in the region. One of the main topics of discussion was the joint mediation efforts of the State of Qatar in the Gaza Strip and ways to strengthen regional and international efforts for an immediate ceasefire. During the meetings, HE Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met separately with the Secretary-General of the Italian Foreign Ministry, HE Riccardo Guariglia, and the Diplomatic Advisor to Italian Prime Minister, HE Fabrizio Saggio. The discussions with these key officials also included a number of members of the Italian Parliament. The main focus of the conversations was to strengthen the cooperation between Qatar and Italy and find ways to enhance their partnership in various areas. This collaboration can help both countries to better address the challenges and opportunities in the region.
