The University of Malaya (UM) recently conferred an honorary doctorate in political science upon Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Al-Issa, the Secretary-General of the Muslim World League (MWL) and Chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars. This recognition was given in light of Al-Issa’s outstanding contributions to Islamic diplomacy. The awarding ceremony was attended by Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, further highlighting the importance and prestige of this honor.
