Emirates airline, based in Dubai, has announced the first set of destinations that will be served by its new A350 aircraft set to enter service in September 2024. The inaugural destination for the A350 will be Bahrain, with plans to serve short to medium-haul cities with this aircraft. The airline is expecting 10 new A350s to join its fleet by March 31, 2025, and intends to deploy this latest aircraft type to nine destinations in the near future.

The first 10 Emirates A350 aircraft will offer three cabin classes, including 32 Business Class seats, 21 Premium Economy seats, and 259 Economy Class seats. This new addition to the fleet will provide customers with the opportunity to experience Emirates’ acclaimed Premium Economy product and sample the next generation Business Class cabins for the first time, particularly on short and medium-haul routes in the Middle East, GCC, West Asia, and Europe.

Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, Adnan Kazim, expressed that the A350 will be a game-changer for the airline, enabling them to serve regional points with superior operating efficiency and flexibility across various regions. With the latest cabin products, advanced in-flight entertainment technologies, and customer-friendly features, the Emirates A350 aims to enhance the overall customer experience in the sky.

The newly delivered Emirates aircraft will be rolled into scheduled service to various cities in the Middle East/GCC, West Asia, and Europe. In the Middle East, the A350 will operate to destinations such as Bahrain, Kuwait, and Muscat, with frequencies set to increase over time. In West Asia, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Colombo will be served by the A350 from specific dates. In Europe, Lyon, Bologna, and Edinburgh will also be included in Emirates’ A350 network, with more destinations to be announced in the future.

Customers can now book Emirates flights to A350 destinations as they go on sale starting today. With the introduction of these new aircraft, Emirates aims to enhance its service offerings and provide passengers with a superior travel experience to various destinations across different regions. Stay tuned for more updates on additional destinations that will be added to Emirates’ A350 network as new aircraft join the fleet.
