Allu Arjun’s dance in the song ‘Pushpa Pushpa’ from the upcoming film ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ has caught the attention of filmmaker Karan Johar. Impressed by Allu Arjun’s performance, Karan Johar took to Instagram to praise him, stating that a “hurricane REEL storm is going to erupt” with his dance moves. Allu Arjun also shared a clip of himself doing the shoe drop step in the song on his Instagram handle, expressing his enjoyment in performing the step.

The first single ‘Pushpa Pushpa’ was recently unveiled by the makers of the film, Mythri Movie Makers. The song features Allu Arjun dancing stylishly with a glass of tea in hand and ends with his iconic dialogue ‘Jhukega nahi S***’ along with his shoulder shrug. Music director Devi Shri Prasad, who previously won a National Award for the music of ‘Pushpa 1: The Rise’, has created the track for this song, which is released in multiple languages including Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, and Bengali.

To further excite fans, the makers released a teaser of Pushpa Raj a.k.a Allu Arjun on his birthday, showcasing him in a new avatar beating goons in his unique Pushpa style. The teaser features a Jaathara sequence, which is a festival to honor Hindu Tribal goddesses celebrated in Telangana, India, with over 10 million devotees visiting annually. Maestro director Sukumar has recreated this festival in the film, giving a glimpse of the grand and nuanced sequence.

‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ is directed by Sukumar and also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil. The film is scheduled to be released on August 15, 2024, and is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media. Allu Arjun, who received a National Film Award for his performance in the first part of ‘Pushpa’, plays the main lead in the film set against the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling.

In addition to his role in ‘Pushpa 2’, Allu Arjun is known for his impressive dance skills and performances in the Indian film industry. Karan Johar, on the other hand, is gearing up for the release of his upcoming sports drama film ‘Mr and Mrs Mahi’ starring Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles, scheduled to premiere on May 31. With the anticipation building for ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ and Allu Arjun’s captivating performance in the song ‘Pushpa Pushpa’, fans can expect a thrilling and entertaining cinematic experience when the film hits theaters in 2024.
